A washed Arabica shows its origin more plainly than any blend, and this one is clean and bright with a defined sweetness and a long finish. No Robusta behind it, no chicory softening it. It holds through milk rather than disappearing into a large latte.

Why AA matters on a busy bar
AA is a screen size grade, meaning the largest and most uniform beans in the lot. Uniform beans roast evenly, and evenly roasted coffee is far easier to dial in and far more forgiving when several people are working the machine through a rush. That consistency is most of what you are paying for.

Recommended recipe
18g in, 36 to 40g out, 27 to 30 seconds. Adjust to your grinder and your water. Rest three to five days off the roast date before dialling in.

The volume saving
5kg works out at ₹1,530 a kilo against ₹1,800 on the 1kg, a saving of ₹1,350 across the box. At an 18g dose that is roughly 275 double shots, or about ₹28 a shot.

Storing 5kg properly
Buying volume only pays if the last kilo tastes like the first. Keep the bag sealed and away from heat, light and the espresso machine itself, and decant into your hopper as you go rather than filling it. Most cafés work through 5kg in two to three weeks, which is comfortably inside the window. If it will take you longer than a month, the 1kg is the better buy even at the higher rate.
