We grade and gravity-sort your green coffee by screen size and density, separating AA, A, B, C and PB. Priced per kilo. Worth doing because uniform beans roast evenly — an ungraded batch gives you scorched and underdeveloped beans in the same roast, and no profile will fix that. Robusta and Arabica both.
