BARISTA INSIGNIA 250G
Product Details
In the cup
A washed Arabica shows its origin more plainly than any blend, and this one is clean and bright with a defined sweetness and a long finish. There is no Robusta hiding behind it and no chicory softening it. What you taste is the bean, the altitude it grew at, and the roast.
Why AA matters
AA is a screen size grade, meaning the largest and most uniform beans in the lot. Uniform beans roast evenly, and evenly roasted coffee is far easier to dial in. It is the difference between chasing a shot all morning and pulling the same one every time.
How to brew it
Espresso: 18g in, aim for a 36 to 40g yield over 27 to 30 seconds, and adjust to your grinder. Also excellent as pour over or in an Aeropress if you want to taste it without milk. Give it three to five days off the roast date before you dial in.
Who it's for
Cafés that lead with quality rather than volume, and home baristas who have outgrown supermarket beans. If you have been drinking blends and wondering what single origin actually tastes like, this is the answer.
What's in it
100 percent single origin Arabica, washed process, AA grade. Roasted to order in small batches at our Kinfra factory in Chundale, Wayanad. Net weight 250g, roughly 14 double shots at an 18g dose. Also available in 1kg and 5kg for trade.
