Espresso at 18g in, 36 to 40g out, 27 to 30 seconds. But this is a coffee worth brewing without milk at least once. Pour over, Aeropress or a well-made filter will show you far more of it than a cappuccino will. Rest three to five days off the roast date.

Specialty cafés looking for a bean worth naming on the board, filter bars, and roasteries buying for a guest slot. Also the coffee to send someone as a gift if they already know what good coffee tastes like.

What's in it

100 percent Arabica, specialty grade.  Roasted to order in small batches at our Kinfra factory in Chundale, Wayanad. Net weight 1kg. Every pack carries the batch number, roast date and best before, plus a QR code linking back to the lot. Also available in 200g and 5kg.
