To Process payment through West Mount Caffe site or Invoice links, you have to provide our payment processor (Razorpay / Stripe / Paytm) with your payment information. Returns & Refunds Policy

West Mount Caffe Processing unit does not issue refunds on any products, (our coffee is roasted when ordered, because this is a food product we can not accept returns of coffee); if any items are returned or canceled due to any shipping damages, we will investigate and shall arrange to replace the faulty pack upon receipt of the return item. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with West Mount Caffe for any reason, please contact us. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and reason of dissatisfaction. Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
